Truck & Trailer Mechanics

Mansa Mechanical is a mechanic shop for all truck & trailers. Preventive maintenance, roadside repair, ongoing fleet service, and scheduled overhauls all under one contract.

Service & repair

What is included in our truck & trailer repair?

Truck and trailer repair is the end-to-end mechanical and electrical service work that keeps your rig on the road. Our work covers brake and axle service, tire replacement, DOT inspection, power and HVAC repair, hydraulic and lift systems, welding and structural repair, electrical and ABS diagnostics, and even full structural chassis repairs.

Every hour a truck or trailer is down is an hour of missed loads, idle drivers, and lost revenue.

Truck & Trailer Service & Repair

Yes. DOT annual inspection is included in our preventive maintenance plans and is also available as a standalone service. We handle brake, axle, ABS, hydraulic lift, and chassis welding inspections to federal commercial vehicle requirements. Documentation meets the standard expected by state and federal commercial vehicle enforcement.

Yes. Field service is the default delivery model: our techs travel to the coach. We handle roadside trailer repair, on-site failure diagnostics, and on-coach component swaps anywhere in the continental US. Major overhauls (suite recommission, chassis refresh, end-of-life rebuild) happen at our home shop.

We service mobile imaging trailers across all 48 contiguous United States. Field service is the default, with techs dispatched to your location. We do not currently service Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

For active emergency repair, call (216) 803-7643. For a preventive maintenance plan or overhaul scope, submit a service plan request with the platform, the route, and the coach inventory. We will scope coverage and route the request to the engineer who owns your modality.
