Climate-controlled storage, vibration-monitored transit, and DOT-compliant coach relocation for any truck or trailer. Plus, dedicated services available for CT, PET, MRI, and mammography machines and mobile coaches.
Mobile imaging trailer storage and transport is the climate-controlled storage, vibration-monitored hauling, and DOT-compliant relocation of mobile CT, PET, and MRI coaches. Mansa Mechanical treats storage and logistics as part of the engineering envelope, not a simple freight problem.
Imaging coaches and the hardware inside them do not tolerate uncontrolled storage. A few months in the wrong yard can cost a year of service life on the magnet, the suite walls, or the chassis. When you redeploy a coach we stored, the coach is the same coach you parked. For transport and relocation, we run the route, the permits, and the chase vehicles.
You have one point of contact, we handle the rest.
Mobile CT trailers from 16 slice to 128+ slice tuned for trauma centers, oncology routes, and outpatient rotations. Lead-shielded scan room, separated tech and patient zones, OEM detector integration.
PET coaches built around radiopharmaceutical handling, hot-lab integration, and decay-room workflow. Compliant shielding for tracer-handling environments.
We build MRI trailers on a custom-spec chassis. Integrated cryogen management, RF cabin shielding, and active vibration isolation for stable image quality for any location.
Mobile mammography coaches built for screening drives, outreach routes, and outpatient rotations. Full-field 2D and 3D tomosynthesis imaging, lead-shielded exam room, private patient changing area, and OEM detector integration.
Climate-controlled mobile imaging trailer storage is monitored indoor storage with temperature, humidity, vibration, and security controls calibrated for medical imaging hardware. Mansa Mechanical treats storage as part of the engineering envelope: a few months in the wrong yard can cost a year of service life on the magnet, suite walls, or chassis. Our storage is built to keep a parked coach in deployable condition.
Yes. We transport standalone CT, PET, and MRI machines individually too. Transport uses vibration-controlled rigs and specialty crating that meet OEM handling protocols. Vibration loggers travel with the load and are handed over on arrival.
Transport pricing depends on the route mileage, the modality, the permit and escort requirements, and whether the move is a full coach or standalone equipment. A short intra-state coach relocation is materially cheaper than a coast-to-coast move with specialty crating. Request a logistics quote with origin, destination, and equipment and we will scope it.
Transport protections include (1) vibration loggers on sensitive hardware, (2) specialty crating for components moved separately, (3) DOT-compliant routing with bridge and weight clearance, (4) chase vehicles on major moves, and (5) pre-move and post-move inspection of chassis, brakes, hydraulics, and tie-downs. Vibration and temperature data is logged from origin to destination and handed over with the coach.
Yes. Storage is available for customer-owned coaches regardless of who built them, including trailers from other manufacturers. Standard intake includes a pre-storage inspection and any preventive work required to keep the coach in deployable condition. Service & Repair coverage can be bundled with storage if needed.
There is no maximum storage duration, but coaches in long-term storage benefit from a quarterly inspection cycle to verify climate, security, and chassis condition. Long-stored coaches that have not been driven need a re-commissioning service before redeployment: tires, brakes, hydraulics, and HVAC are validated before the coach goes back on the road.
Yes. We handle recurring coach relocation between clinical sites, oncology routes, and seasonal rotations. Recurring relocation is typically scheduled on a route calendar that combines transport with preventive maintenance windows: the coach moves and gets serviced on the same window.
Coverage is the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international moves are not in default scope, but we can scope specialty international moves on request when the equipment, route, and customs requirements are well defined.
Submit a logistics request with the equipment, the origin, the destination, and the timeline. For storage, tell us the duration and whether you want indoor or yard. We will scope routing, permits and storage configuration. For urgent moves, call (216) 803-7643.
Tell us the platform, the timeline, and anything else you need.
We will get back to you with next steps.
